Information You Provide

AustinsList stores your account details, password hash, service preferences, work requests, photos, quotes, messages, and reviews so the marketplace can work. Work requests keep their own service addresses, separate from your account address.

Who Can See It

Pro display names, cities, services, travel radii, work photos, and visible reviews appear on pro profiles. Matching pros can see the request description, photos, city, state, and ZIP. The full service address is shown to the selected pro. Quote conversations are accessible to the project owner and that pro. Reviews retain the reviewer's display name and the job's city and state as supplied when posted.

Cookies And Email

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and protect submitted forms. Immediate email notifications alert you to relevant matches, quotes, messages, and job updates. The site does not use advertising trackers or social login providers in this release.

Photos And Messages

Only upload material you have permission to share. Avoid uploading private documents, visible account numbers, or details unrelated to the work. The site creates display copies of uploads and removes embedded location metadata from those copies. People who are permitted to view a photo can still save it, so review the visible content before uploading.

Storage And Your Requests

Information remains in the application while needed to provide the marketplace and preserve work history. Contact support to request a correction, account closure, or removal of personal information. Reviews and job records may require separate handling because they document interactions with another account. Do not include your password in a support message.
